As for 10 centimes 1832's: it is genuine coin in very high grade. Not rare year, not rare coin - but very RARE quality (grade). Congrats!

The pictures aren't very good, but the rim bump above the bust ruins the coin for me. It's not huge, but it's big enough to bother me forever if I were to purchase a coin like that.
I never really got that into the coin to even notice the bump. I like to start with a birds eye view(or whatever I can get from the photo) and then make my way into the technicals beginning with the rims, then fields etc. This coin didn't pass the first test so I skipped it. Definitely agree with you though. I wouldn't go near it myself with that bump even putting aside the negative eye appeal.
