I believe one of the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sharpe_(novel_series)" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sharpe_(novel_series)" rel="nofollow">"Sharpe" series</a>. Anybody read those? I enjoyed them when I was in my 20's. They're a bit too blood-n'-guts macho for my tastes nowadays, but Cornwell <i>can</i> teach a little history by way of telling a swashbuckling tale.
