I'm enjoying every ones lists and decided to join the crowd. I've been fortunate this year to acquire some scarcer provincials. The Magnetes, Synaus and Mytilene's are new cities for me.

No way the Asklepios is the winner here! (Says the guy currently with an Asklepios reverse avatar)

I am pleased someone is collecting Roman provincial coins by city. I have a paper map of the ancient world pinned to a cork board on my wall and I put pins in to locate cities. My understanding of geography is getting better!

A lonely choice for a hobby focus that I will never achieve, but would not have it any other way. Only 400 more to go. Great idea with the map, hard to find a good one with Roman mints. BTW, Thank you for the Magnetes, one of my favorites.

Wow, excellent stuff, ancientone! The provincials here are all very interesting and desirable, but particularly the Mytilene with the herm on the prow, the Septimius from Petra (that bust style is wild!), and the Synaus with the facing Asklepios.
