This is my first top 10 posted on CT, 2020 was a good year for my coin collection, because of the COVID-19 lockdown I had more time and I spend more money on coins. During the year I have bought 45 individual coins and three lots of uncleaned coins. Unfortunately no coin from the uncleaned lots is part of my top 10, maybe I will be luckier next year . Except the first two RR denarii, the rest of the coins was already posted on different CT threads, many of them are common types only two have a higher degree of rarity: the Trajan dupondius and the Gallienus sestertius. The coins are arranged only in chronological order. I hope you will like my top 10 for this year. Wishing you good health and happiness in the coming year ! #1 L. Nice job in year 1 I like the Piso Frugi the must, with close second the Domitian for its excellent reverse. #9 Trajan is quite "majestic" Q
I like the toning on the Antony legionary denarius and the smooth, bottle-green patina on the Trajan dupondius. Great year for you!
I love the first two Republican coins -- the second is a type I don't have but would like to -- and the Trajan Mars. Plus the bound Dacian, which would make a nice pair with my "mourning Dacian"!
I choose Domitian, Marc Antony and Trajan with Pax on reverse. A very remarkable set for the year. Keep walking.. Cheers.
Loving all of your T rages! One odd the very best of emperors Rome ever had. But I cannot despute those top three RRs. They are spectacular. Big coingrats on a wonderful year!
Great collection!....I have a soft spot for Trajan so for me #8, #7 and really like the Domitian reverse #4......Congrats on a good year, very nice coins!
Nice group! I like 3, 4, and 5 best. They each have a great connection to history. It is easy to explain why they are interesting.
Very nice, love #3/5/6. Looks like you had a fine year. Thanks for sharing Singig John Wish you a great 2021!
Beautiful coins, I like 1, 2 and 4. Congratulations on the first top 10 list, with a wish to add a lot of nice coins to the collection in the following lists.
