It&#039;s actually fairly easy. The people doing won&#039;t and don&#039;t share how to do it, because if they did then everybody would do it. And that would kill the goose that the lays golden eggs. People like me who know how to do it, don&#039;t and won&#039;t share how to do it because there is too dang much of it already. And we don&#039;t need more of it.
