Just now getting in to the Bullion market bought about 20 rounds today and remembered i had a 4 oz silver $100 imprinted bar, nothing special but it had heavy toning on the out side, dealer told me he couldnt sell it so it would need to be melted down and he charged me $4 in trade for four rounds is that the standard ?
