You should try placing the sulfur rock in a jar, then heat it up in a microwave, then place the coin in the jar with the rock and put the lid on it and leave it in there for a couple of days to see what happens? Of course, try this with a junk coin first.

Make sure you don't use the metal lid , or your microwave will explode .

at worst at least tone the 3 morgans i have i dont think i want to learn how to tone coins beyond getting my 3 morgans toned

Iwould just leave it in the open and let nature take its course , or you col=uld put it in a cardboard Whitman like folder , just make sure you check it every few weeks .

You were right! I placed it in the sun light, with the sulfur right next to it, and it went black! :O
