This new BIN listing is the usual "DOUBLE DIE" that's nothing of the sort, but it was the Seller Notes that caught my attention:

WHOA! WASHINTON ERROR QUARTER! BOLD DOUBLE DIE

    1) "Non-plastic vinyl"?

    2) Is it PVC, or is it ain't?

    3) I was going to say something about stapling flips, but until I've done some more research on stabling, I guess I'll withhold judgement.

They are all errors. Just not on the part of the Mint.

The seller knows absolutely nothing about errors. The items will never sell.

But, in this brave new world of (effectively) UNLIMITED FREE LISTINGS, NO CHARGE UNTIL YOUR ITEM SELLS, they'll stay up there For. Ever.

Then you have the people coming here with their coin, just like one going for a lot of money on ebay!

Of course not but I don’t see how anyone could ask about a coin, receive our negative feedback and then do posts like that.

Unfortunately, they probably will sell, to totally ignorant people with too much money.
As @dwhiz said, are you sure? I can think of one member here that might fit the bill.

Maybe the error is that he made an error identifying these as errors?

    Let's hope not!

You don't? There have been plenty of people that have come here (and on other forums) asking about a coin, been given good explanations, argued about it, and then posted on eBay with THEIR explanation of what the coins was.
