I have an empty Intercept Shield album for Washington Quarters Statehood Fifty Coin Date Set 1999-2008 which I had originally intended for a silver proof collection that now resides in a large Capital Plastic holder. So since it is unused, I came up with the idea of completing a set of State Quarter set where each coin must have some sort of toning, even if it is just some minor golden toning. I have completed the first several years and will be posting the coins in this thread as I get them photographed. Here is 1999 to start things off.

Cool idea and I believe it will be challenging to complete. Good luck! I've thought about a Dansco Toner album with a page for each modern denomination (cent, nickel, dime, quarter, half, and small dollar).
