I shall contact someone with a PCGS membership who can send the coin in for me, I will pay the fees for getting it graded, and if the coin upgrades Doug will pay me, if not Paul will.

If I have the green light from you Doug, then let's do this thing!

Ooooooh, I gotta bookmark this page for now. I gotta be on Pauls side. I just don't see it getting an upgrade. IMO, it is certified correctly and the rules are still the same.

One of those situations where I knew what I was typing, but it didn't come out how I had intended.

I for one think that you will win this bet, and Doug will end up paying.
I grade the thing 63, and it is accurately graded. I have a strong feeling PCGS will see and feel the same.
