The coin was minted in Babylon between 323-317 BCE (at least according to Price). The nearest Phoenician cities AFAIK were Sidon, Tyre, and Byblos. A phoenician mark would imply that the coin reached modern day Lebanon, where it was likely taken by boat somewhere.
