NGC and PCGS both have special tags that honor Black Diamond, PCGS Currency allows the scam tag of things like the infamous &quot;Boca Raton Run&quot;, etc etc. I just fail to see the logic behind PMG&#039;s refusal of not only the Black Diamond tag, but ignoring my request as to why they&#039;re refusing it.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
