Really well compensated strippers can make close to $1,000 a night. But as an example, I was offered two contracts by professional companies...one in Chicago ($3 a day) and one in St Louis (worked out to about $2.50 an hour.) Turned both down because, as a practical person, I like being able to eat at least once a day. If you feel something will be collectible down the road, go for it! I have a roll of 1937S Washington quarters that I could probably sell for melt right now...but in ten, twenty years I feel their value will increase (since they're the third smallest mintage of the series after the 1932D and 1932S.)
