[QUOTE="TaborTot22, post: 1827735, member: 39398"]I drove 1 hour, 45 minutes in the snow/ice to get to an auction today. It was held at a farmer's house and there were a lot of farm equipment, tools, knick-knacks and vehicles. Also, there was a good selection of coins for sale including gold and silver. I decided to trek it to the auction to see what I could get (actually, the only reason I went was because of a 1995 & 1996 Proof Set that would be auctioned...silly, I know!) The auction was held in a small, non-heated barn building on the premises (by the way, temp was 25 degrees!)

Anyway, once the bidding began, I found that I was one of 10 people bidding on the coins.
