To submit, or not to?

    Would I, no, but you can get a slab like holder to put it in.
    I do that, saves some money owl moose 1-horz.jpg

    I can't get a full grasp of the coin grade from the picture. Like everyone else said, we need the reverse shot. If it grades at MS-65 or higher I would slab it from a TPG. If it grades under the MS-65 designation then an airtite it goes.

    IMO you decide on a grade that you think it is.
    Also decide whether you think it's been cleaned or not.
    Look it up in some catalog (Numismedia maybe).
    If your grade is not valued at $200 or more or you think it's been cleaned then forget it.

    The coin would need to grade at least 66 to be worth the cost of submitting. These are very common coins.

    Based on your pictures, I do not think it would make 66 - and thus, I do not think it would be worth it.
