I immediately began looking for it, and looking, and looking, and looking. It wasn&#039;t there! I called the customer service rep into the room and asked about it. She looked at my submission form, then at all of the slabs, before excusing herself to check on it.</p><p><br /></p><p>About 20-30 minutes passed when she came back and reported that it couldn&#039;t be found. Despite being visibly upset, she left again to &quot;recruit&quot; more employees to aid in the search. Another 30 minutes or so passed, and by this time the search group included customer service reps, security personnel, clerical staff and even graders.</p><p><br /></p><p>Success at last! It was finally found in the vault where it had been the whole time.
