To cut or not to cut ????

    I think the person who cut that sheet does not know what He/She is doing either......the Value become lower of this note when become single note. Now is only TEN BUCKS..If this comes from 4 Notes the FACE VALUE is $ 40 see the difference..:) HA HA HA.:D

    A 69PPQ note is likely going to be worth more than an uncut sheet of four. 70PPQ without question.

    I, too, would think that with the right knowledge, skill, tools, accuracy and patience, that cutting a note from a sheet would create a note with a higher value than that of the original sheet it was cut from.

    since you guys are busting out info on uncut star sheets mind shedding some light on how many of these are out there?

    1976 $2 star notes, boston, A00640735* on top left bill
