I often was able to talk to John when a coin failed to get a reason but not on the earlier submission.&nbsp; However, I can tell you with Bust material he fails coins not so much for too high a grade but for the &quot;cleaned long ago, retoned&quot; thing.&nbsp; But I guess the look of the coin overwhelmed the scratches on the 2nd resubmission.</p><p><br /></p><p>jom[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
