To me the spots seem to be bordering on being a problem (close to environmental damage). Also, while the coin has AU 58 luster and details, the eye appeal does not appear to be on par with AU58. Thus it could be a "C level" 58 and not sticker.

We’re stuck, so I’ll toss this one up. Barber quarter graded PF61 by NGC. Bean or not?

Based on the previous coin, I will guess this one got the sticker (Yes, Green).

The grade is likely appropriate (hairlines = lower proof grade) but the spots around the date and the stars worry me.

 

I’ll go no bean. I don’t think JA would buy this coin sight unseen at a PF61 price.

I don’t like the spots and the halo around the star at 9 o’clock. Add in the hairlines and I’m at a no go.

It might be solid for the grade at 61 meaning it should bean but I don’t think it did.

 

I think it got a green sticker. From my (limited) observation, this coin is fine for the grade.

 

I'll go with yes.
