We had a member who, at the time, owned the no. 1 PCGS registry set of 2 cent pieces. He discussed his set using very nice projected visuals and of course had his set on display, too. I really enjoyed seeing that stunning set. We&#039;ve had other presentations, just not enough of them nor of good quality. (Presentations don&#039;t have to be fancy or involve spectacular coins, just informative. And I would&#039;ve presented something had I a collection/topic I felt worth doing at the time but really didn&#039;t.)</p><p><br /></p><p>All in all, I was really turned off by the lack of energy. As is often the case, just a few stalwart members kept the whole thing running.</p><p><br /></p><p>Grand Rapids isn&#039;t huge but is far from tiny. I&#039;ve heard that the club in Lansing has a more vital program but haven&#039;t made the hour drive to check it out.</p><p><br /></p><p>Good luck!
