I've got a 2011 Eagle that was graded MS70 by NGC. I noticed that there a tiny black spot in the center of the coin. Looks like a tiny small dot or dust. In a certain angle this tiny dot is very silvery shiny white. It's hard to see it in the scan but Ive included it in my post. Does anyone know what this is? Simple answer - it's a flaw in the finish. Just about all of the ASEs have 1 or more of those tiny shiny spots. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ You might want to call NGC, 800-642-2646 , to ask how they will remedy it. It may be covered by the grade guarantee. They may want to try to conserve it through NCS or just pay you outright for the coin. i like both of these logical ideas.. well id suggest you do a bit of both..
