It’s nothing like the newer red books. Doesn’t list mintage numbers nor errors

    Is it the reprint?
    Or an original?

Yeah mine looks like that. Not really red like the new books. Does yours include the 50 D. Nickel. I think that’s a fun book to have. Early books are boring. I have a 47. Same size but pictures are way larger

I see that. Only 150.00 fine. They start listing unc. 1802 over 1 50 fine. 125.00 unc.

. Like the other member stated that the 1955DD was printed in 58. Just wondering. When will the 82d copper hit the red book. I don’t have a newer one

Not US but I picked this up years ago to check old prices from the era I inherited some Canadian coins. The "king" of Canadian dollars was still pricey back then and has barely kept up with inflation. $300 = $2500 today.

I just threw away 2 boxes of these catalogs. My dad collected every year in the 50s and 60s. I kept the really valuable stuff like Hard Times Tokens by Rulau and both copies by Low. Also found a few "Selections from the Numismatist" books. I kept a few catalogs of world coins from the 60's since most all of of his coins pre-date 1968.
