I'm no expert but you could look-up "Civil War Store Card". It is some type of store card that might be used for trade with a particular merchant. Here is another for trade at Alden & Frink dated 1863: In addition to "good-for" and advertising themes, there are also some cool CWTs that include patriotic themes.
