I have my preferences set that way, however I also think that is the default. My mouse wheel runs this image up and down, I use the scroll bar at the bottom IF I need to see the far left and right of the coin. This screen shot is to show the drop down of the tools of the browser and to show how clean my desktop is. I only have a bar across the bottom, (running programs) and 3 bars at top, 1 is all the open websites. 15 or more of them.. next is the address bar which you can type questions directly into. Me and google chat a lot with each other. the third bar is my book marks and frequently used website.
