Hey guys! I got these coins today and was curious about your thoughts. I know the pictures aren't the greatest since I took them with my phone. I don't collect errors or anything like that, but was curious if these are man-made errors or possibly other errors. Is the nickel a "clipped-planchet" or just somebody clipping off the edge. And the dime ??? Did someone hollow out one and then press this one in? 20181031_200902.jpg 20181031_200911.jpg 20181031_200946.jpg 20181031_200241.jpg 20181031_200053.jpg 20181031_200150.jpg 20181031_200303.jpg 20181031_200754.jpg

Dime looks like it was "spooned" as in making a ring.
The nickel hard to tell from images, my guess is PMD (post mint damage)

I'm pretty sure your nickel is PMD, it looks like it was put on a sander of some kind.
The edge does not stick out on a clipped planchet coin, it is usually flat and sometimes recessed. Dime looks to have a spooned edge.

this will help you learn about clips and if yours is. I can’t tell from your photos.
