Speaking of disturbing and incomprehensible, here we have another self-centered "person of faith" yammering on about his Christianity being threathened! Oh no! The humanity! It's the war on religion, lions and tigers and bears, OH MY!

Ever stop to think that not everyone is a Christian? That not everyone worships the same God you worship?
That some people might not believe in a God at all?

I certainly hope this church you speak of has been able to get its own message across without the use of what is essentially free advertising by way of Where's George. I know I certainly would love to see more and more clever ways of having religion shoved under my nose. Its right up there with me not getting nearly enough telemarketers, car commericals, those sqauwk boxes at the gas pump, and oh wait for it..... junk mail!!!

The main point of Wheres George is to track currency as it travels, and not spread religious messages. How about I start sticking, "Hail Satan!" in my user notes? Or, I don't know...maybe "I skip Church to Practice Witchcraft and Practice Becoming a Lesbian!"

Religion has been around for a long time. I don't think it's going to go out of business because Hank has deemed religious terms inappropriate for user notes.

Just tried it - Your "statement of belief" is allowed. But "I believe in Jesus" isn't.

if we want to keep our posts unedited or the thread open .. lets keep the conversation about the notes, not faith.. that would belong in the coresponding board, not here :)

We all have different opinions about the folks over at wheresgeorge, and what they wish to do with the notes they carry. We have a ton of topics on CT that discuss, some very heated, this topic. Do we need to cover it again?
