Yikes. I watched the entire video for the full 7 minutes and 35 seconds. I've been collecting coins for just 64 years and never learned so much. Amazing that I might find these coins in circulation NOW. But wait, when I was 6 years old, 1955, I found all but the 1909-S, 1909-S VDB, 1914-D and 1931-S at my local bank. Never found the varieties or the Doubled Die 1955. I'll keep looking through my change. Maybe I'll still find these coins. Anyone putting an 1804 Dollar or 1913 V nickel in circulation in Northeastern PA? I could use an 1894-S dime to complete my set. Happy coin hunting.

    Welcome to the neighborhood, RG!

Without photos, I'd just be guessing, but it might have occurred as the result of a grease-filled die. This is a very common occurrence, but there are some people who collect them. Why? I don't know! Personally, I don't think it is worth anything over face value, but that is just my opinion.

    Chris
