    I agree, some error coins may be deemed "worthless" AKA only worth face value, but I think some might be worth a little more. Like that Proof coin that had severe machine doubling. I value it, not sure I would have payed much for it if I had to buy it out right, but that's only because I've been told that machine doubling is common and doesn't add value. I have a feeling I could sell it for more than face value though, just how much depends on presentation. That being said, I think it's a bold face lie to call it doubling. It's a lie by omission, they know well that it's not just doubling, it's machine doubling or die deterioration or whatever and it should say so when selling.
