That little pipsqueak that I posted about 12 years ago catching his first fish from the river. That little kid just took his first decisive win last evening. At 19 he grabbed the biggest. We tried for a photo. The fish wanted a beter photo. He caught an 19" trophy trout for the length last evening. You say 19" thats it? It was probably 15" around. I caught the first and most and missed one just as big. GTG this Merc.
We fish just below a Fishing club, the continental divide and Denver/ Boulder drinking water. That is a huge fish, but not as big as they get. Got a grade?
A grade you say? MS66+ I've been on the Farmington River here in Barkhamsted, CT. Wa near a guy who caught a 7 pounder! We were fishing below the hatchery. Great spot! My friend and I fished a bit until it was time for him to work. Him and his father were framers doing a job nearby. I'm sure they get even bigger too.
