IMO that Morgan is genuine but, it has definitely been cleaned. The strongest evidence is on the reverse, see how the eagle and most of the lettering seems to be highlighted (Lol that's not the technical term but, I think that's what it looks like).
In the listing description the seller states that the coin has not been cleaned. They will take returns, but read the bid instructions on the bottom, reads like they want to choose who buys their coins.
He also says "Seller is not qualified to grade coins." So I don't know how the seller could know it hasn't been cleaned, but not be qualified to grade.
That is the rub, I can tell you what it is not, but not what it is. The official guide to telling your customer nothing about anything, but really all you need to know. LOL
You will lose a lot of money if you take bets on that. The coin looks nothing like a Chinese counterfeit and is merely a heavily cleaned, genuine item.
