Thinking about submitting this 1890 Morgan for grading. What do you think it will grade?

You can stand by your "opinion" all you want. Because all grading is an opinion. I do know Morgans. And I'd stand by mho that it's either 58 or 63. Yes, it has very nice luster, looks to have a nice reverse, but still appears to have slight rub above the ear. And yes I know certain years/mints have poor strikes.

Ok, the 1904-O that I posted is going to stay home. The 1890 is going to go on a field trip. I hope she comes with a 64, but I'll settle for a 63. The obverse has full and complete luster across it. It just has the champagne toning. The reverse is strongest side of this coin. I know that the grading companies weigh the obverse at about a 60% favor over the reverse. But my opinion being that her cheek is pretty clean, warrants a submission. I'll let you all know the final verdict when she gets back.

Morgandude11 As long as it's Silver, I'm listening

You don't know Morgans as well as you think you do, if you see wear.

Look forward to hearing the grade, jtlee. And good luck! It is a good looking coin.
