Grading from pictures can be tough, but I’d like some opinions on the French 10-franc coin below. NGC has it graded MS64. Because of the scratches on Marianne’s cheek, that seems too generous. Marianne is France’s equivalent of Miss Liberty. What do you think? Not that it affects the grade, but is that a die clash in front of the rooster's breast? Cal
