"</p><p><br /></p><p>As I read about this case, it is my opinion that ASA Accugrade is really reaching and their lawyers are probably going for as much billable hours as they can accumulate.</p><p><br /></p><p>Just another headache in the "How you been hurt or injured?" society we live in. This is all the reason why "loser pays" will help stop many of these ridiculous lawsuits from even taking place. I'm telling you exactly what is happening right now with ASA Accugrade's lawyers...they are either looking to see how long they can "milk" their hours OR they are proposing a settlement with the defendents so they can get out with 30 to 50% of whatever settlement.</p><p><br /></p><p>A bunch of nonsense and waste of time/money if you ask me.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
