  1. Hello everyone, here is an Indian head i found in a massive hoard of Indians i bought recently. The planchet is razor thin and the front is a weak strike while the back is nice. What do you guys think?

If you immerse a coin in a solution and don't turn it, only one side will be exposed to the solution.

You just answered your own question. If this IHC was struck on a thin planchet both sides would have a weak strike! You can't have a weak strike on the Obverse only and a full neat strike on the Reverse if this was a thin planchet.
