Nobody can reply to your question. The only answers are firstly we know yet little about this coronavirus and it was so quick that we got a lack of studies and even Chinese studies are not so useful by lack of methodology, it’s normal in such emergency. secondly a virus is not predictable and markets and investors hate when it is not predictable Thirdly the only strategy is to control the spread of coronavirus enough time just the time to find a treatment. If you got a treatment and can protect people it will be just like any flue but it isn’t now a flue and the market should recover quickly. Except if it take too long as the market is too much depends on debts. For the economic part we need first to avoid spread but to make the economy still running and life must be like usual except travel, events but tech can help to change habits and carryon at a minimum during some month. Anyway people need really to change bad habits in life to preserve the hearth and good things and new economic trends can offer a new economic era. The classical model is not anymore the future. I know that we are in a good way to find a treatment at KU Leuven in Belgium , a US medical expert if they are on the forum can explain what they are doing since few days as a new approach with the financial help of Bill and Melinda Gates so be optimistic. I can say more about the medical solutions against coronavirus tested in KU Leuven in Belgium but I would prefer to be back up in my explanation here on the forum by someone pro medic or even witjh à background in medical research. Sure some members here are.
I am sure some questions are too early to address definitely. My thought about the recurrence and the similarity with the flu situation we have, where we vaccinate (or should vaccinate) at least yearly, was in the context of what I read earlier about the distinct possibility of this virus entering a seasonal rotation and be with us for the whole run from now on. I don't know whether this will happen or not, but it seems to me like there is this possibility. Good luck with the medical research.
only good thing price of oil dropped, nice to fill up my truck for less then $100 now. Last Summer it was $1.30 a liter/ today under 86 cents! Bad thing, gold went up to $1700
