NGC didn't like the flaw, and I don't fault them for "details" grading the coin, but I rather thought that was interesting as a minor "error".  It was also a very inexpensive purchase, so I couldn't complain. 42- STRAITS SETTLEMENTS: 5 CENTS, KM10.(no picture)(PCGS AU53; cert.# 18349590)Size: 18.5 mm approx. Composition: .8000 Silver/.0350 oz. Mintage: 3,000,000.Comments: Purchased sometime after 2009.
