Ok so I was just able to get on Cointalk tonight after being away for about a day. I had 4 new entries waiting for me. They are now graded. So in addition to the entries I've already confirmed in the previous post, I have entries from these people also, and again listed in order received: Pi Man, Duke Kavanaugh, tacobelldog52, theSharpGun I will let two details out about the results so far. 11 of the 12 entries are within 5.5 pts of eachother. There is a tie for 2nd place as of right now. This is fun! And remember the new deadline is APRIL 3, 2013 @ 9PM (changed for Easter, NCAA tournament, and fishing season )
Ok, so an update for everyone: I'VE RECEIVED NO NEW ENTRIES SINCE THE LAST UPDATE! So unless I get a flurry of entries in the next 32 hours, the draw prizes will be awarded with some pretty decent odds.
You attempted the worst entry possible, but did manage a few entries in the random draw portion, so there is a chance. I haven't actually graded yours or the other new ones from last night/today, just glanced, but you will easily have the least chance of all ... which means you'll probably win a prize from the random number gods ... and there i've jinxed my own contest. edit: everyone will understand the reason I say this when the contest is over. some of the answers were just ridiculous and i did not plan on waking up my roommates from laughing so hard at SilverevliS "entry" ... i really hope you were doing that on purpose, or else i look like the biggest you know what
Phew! I was holding my breath for you to respond (and kinda hoping you would say it was real )! Lol.....
12 hours to go! And I'm nervous like crazy! haha This contest took a bit of effort and time, so to all contestants, GOOD LUCK!!! Oh and THANKS FOR THE CONTEST MIEDBE7!!!
So that is it!! The contest is now closed. I have received 17 entries and now need to finish the grading and double-check my math. After I come to the 3 "main" winners, I will run the random draw portion to find the 3 "draw" winners. I will be doing screen captures from the website (random.org most likely) to show the results. Also, I will provide the answers to my quiz. Please bear with me as this is going to take a bit of time, as I indicated in the contest's posting. I should guess I will get everything checked and posted between tomorrow night and Friday night. Thanks a lot everyone!

Congratulations to the winners and I wish I could give 11 more prizes to those that didn't win, but I don't have that big of a budget or collection. I will be doing contests from time to time, might be a while until the next one since this one took so much work. And I'm done. :thumb:
Thanks again for the contest, Michael. It was awesome and I did learn a lot just by participating. :thumb: Congratulations to the winners. :thumb:
