I mean, with access to an increased national and global marketplace available, online shopping purchases need to be delivered somehow...postal services. Even outside of coins, most of my purchases are done online and are shipped to me. And I purchase globally whereas, before the Internet I was primarily limited to local purchases. And I NEVER used to write a letter to a friend and put it in the mail.
