I totally missed that thread,, but enjoyed the virtual fist'a cuffs, or at least what wasn't edited out... makes for fun reading. LOL'ed when DF called you drynomic's, or whatever.. <chuckle>..... couldn't understand how the poster tied you to AT product given your stuff is amost all Tpg'ed.... would have read better had he tied the tpg to an inability to determin what is or isn't AT. The thread was interesting, and as said, most of (what I'd call low yield) toning methods are readily available in a simple google search.... the demonstration was interesting also, but have seen that method before. What really should scare all toner enthusiasts is that the poster did segway into advanced toning methods... use of buffering medium and toning within accepted storage devices to produce typical toning patterns, etc.... I agree, as Eye said, and have said before, that the laws of supply and demand will eventually lead to a turn in premiums for toners,,, most of the corresponding pain will be felt by the collectors of such items, the dealers will take a hit on current inventory and decreasing margins, or even some negative margins if the turn is sharp enough.. but should come out well ahead.

I got a couple nicely toners this week btw, but not at too great a margin, and subtle tone, more accent toning than anything.... and one from Krypto himself (thanks for finally putting up a franky proof!! - and dang those last 10 seconds of bidding, I was slobbering up till then !!!!! )

oh,, what do you think of the Olath hoard ? watched a few go down this morning on the 'bay ?... you think they are getting good premiums, so-so, or poor ? I bid on one just for giggles,, I think a MS64* common date 81-s.. I went 160, it sold for 2x that.. ~320 hahahaha,, amazing..

Good to know Lehigh will be back after his stay in detention <snerk>... He's a toner marketer if I ever saw one, blindly so at times,,,,but his passion does come across as heart felt,,, provides wonderful illustrations,,, and he puts solid content behind his statments (... most of the time)
