Well we got to talking and apparently he sent a mini hoar of 1941 dimes with similar toning to PCGS and after he sold me these two he would only have one left. Well me being me I asked if I could see and acquire the last one. He sent a picture and told me $500 Delivers all three. So essentially I paid $165 for the MS67FB. So having the MS68 MS67FB and MS66 all from the same hoard I must say I agree with Paul. not only doe the MS68 have more nicks but I feel it has less to offer overall than the MS67FB. The only conclusion I could come up with is what RLM said. They must have held it back because of the finger print which is not very obvious in hand. A knockout coin for the grade for sure!
