Yes the toning pattern is called a catseye and they are much rarer then coins with normal crescents because the coin developed the crescent on one side and then at some point the bag was moved which shifted the coin so that the opposite side came into contact with the bag but the center was still partially coverd by a morgan. It takes many years and just the right circumstances for this pattern to occur but it happens enough that you will usually find a couple of examples in any bag of morgans with toned examples.
