In a few segments the TPGs (especially PCGS) were really loose. Classic coins were not impacted for the most part. I&#039;ve seen some borderline Peace Dollars (and may post a few more to see what others think), but the majority of the issue lies with moderns (the worst being ASEs and post 1970s proof coins).
