Absolutely NT. Deserves the star in the grade. Light, progressive toning, expanding from the edges to center of the devices. Not so outrageous to have the “Star Wars” neon, movie theater look. This coin defines NT for me, and way market acceptable.

Nt. Probably a mint set coin.

I'm on the fence with that shade of pink on the obverse. I'll go MA.

I think it's likely good, so MA

By 1963 mint sets came in the same type of cellophane packaging as the proof sets of that era (1958 was the last year of the cardboard packaging). @Mainebill are you saying it was contact with the cellophane or a small hole in the packaging and reaction with the envelope causing the color?

Will update standings after the example above.

As for the Lincoln, it appears to be from the edynamicmarketing hoard. He does occasionally buy NT items to resell, but many of his coins have been gassed or altered (especially when you see the coin in the slab shot blacked out like in this photo).

    I’ll go QC

    Either. Depending how it
was stored. I don’t see that as a roll coin with the 2 sided toning. A mint set would account for the grade too

55-s looks questionable. And not attractive

I don’t trust that the photo is an accurate depiction of that coin so I’m gonna say NT/MA. The photo is underexposed and the colors look juiced.

I took the seller’s photo off of eBay. It is slightly over saturated. I owned that coin a few years ago, and sold it. It has been resold 2x.

@Mainebill when is storage toning considered NT vs AT? Just when its MA? ha

AT/MA It was graded by PCGS MS 65 RB. Owner has it listed at $199. Higher grades and better looking coins are much cheaper than that.
