The Kennedy will be called as the results seem clear.

Let's move on to to the PR 64 Franklin posted above the summary post (post #644).

Edit: found a photo of the Franklin from the previous seller that has the full slab (optimized for color and not optimized).

With the Franklin, I'm not certain. I've seen some colorful proofs, but this one is a bit different. I suspect it might have already been toned but then had some extra help (heat or chemical treatment).

    I'll go QC

Questionable on the franklin. Not blatantly AT but not exactly market acceptable in my opinion

The black islands look out of place to me. If they weren't there I'd go MA but since they are there I have to go QC.

Ive seen alot of crazy things in my lifetime.
Ive seen alot of crazy things happen in an OGP celophane too........ hmmmmm

I dont avidly collect proof coinage, but ive seen what heat can do up at the flea market-slangin coins in the summertime...

Proofs can pick up some truly strange toning patterns, so I'm going with M.A.

The Franklin looks MA to me, but I don't care for it regardless FWIW.

Are we done with the Franklin?

If so, NT on the Morgan.

I think the Morgan is questionable. Most of the ERT's I have seen imaged have fairly broad areas of a single color , perhaps shading into another. This one has so much variation in toning that I just can't fit it into my ERT "paradigm", for what that is worth.
