He had to submit the coin three or four times, cracking it out each time. In the end he ended up with the same grade.</p><p><br /></p><p>As for reconsideration, I have never tried it. Perhaps others who have can give you some idea of their success rate. Of course, all of this predicated on the ability of the person who is asking for a reconsideration to grade coins.
