Not sure what the lines on lower part of the bust are. Any ideas?

Time to move on to Aemilian and Cornelia Supera! And, while we're at it -- even though I doubt anyone has any and he's not related to Aemilian -- post any Uranius Antoninus coins.

No Aemilan for me, but I do have his wife:

    Supera Parium.jpg
Cornelia Supera, wife of Aemelian, Augusta, AD 253
    Roman provincial Æ 20.5mm, 3.78 g
    Mysia, Parium, AD 253
Obv: G CORN SUPERA, diademed and draped bust right
Rev: C. G. I. H. P., Capricorn right, cornucopia on back; globe between legs (Sear describes as a star, but this appears to be a globe)
Refs: SGI 4408 (var.); SNG Von Aulock 7448.

The easy Aemilian Provincial is this Antioch, Pisidia. The same type comes for several other rulers of the period including Volusian which I missed yesterday.

Umm... I don’t want to be “that” guy but these are Valentinian III ... 200 years after Valerian II, and long after provincial denominations ceased. But, hey, interesting coins nonetheless!
