There is a way to get up to 125 characters. At least it used to work. You sign in through Taiwan Ebay and then go to feedback. You can't read the website because it isn't in english, but it is set up the same way as the US ebay so you can still navigate. I've used this before but I don't know if it still works.

Copy and paste this URL. If the line wraps, you'll have to put it back
    together:

    http://cgi2.tw.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayI...ow&useridfrom=[yourID]&useridto=[theirID]&item=[itemno]

Replace [yourID] with your eBay user ID, [theirID] with the other guy's
eBay ID, and [itemno] with the item number you're leaving feedback for.

Most of the fields should be pretty obvious, even if you can't read
    Chinese.

    Results of Resolution

During my communications with the seller before escalating the matter to eBay, I advised him/her of my 100% confidence that eBay would resolve completely in my favor, and in accordance with my demands. I was right. eBay refunded 100% of purchase price including shipping, and did not require I return the coins first. I remain happy to return the coins if I am compensated ahead of time for my shipping, but will assume after a reasonable time that the coins are abandoned, although not sure what I'll do with them, because I do not need them.

I indeed left negative feedback (first time I've ever felt compelled to do so), giving all 1 stars for the DSR's except for the one regarding speed of delivery, in which I gave 5 stars. The speed of delivery was the sole positive of this transaction. He/she attempted to rip me off in a real efficient manner.

For the feedback narrative, I left the following:
"Seller included pics of items other than those delivered.Details @ bit.ly/NcWbQW"

Thanks to all for your replies to this thread.

Well done! I especially like your clever use of bitly to post a narrative of the event. Unfortunately, the seller will probably just let this account fade away and create a new one.

If you are stuck with the coins you could always hold a contest for them? What you could care less about, someone else could be delighted in receiving.

The dude is already going down the tubes and has priors for using pics that aren't his. There's a couple of negatives on his history already. He's a loser, he deserves negative feedback. Bookem' Dano!! :D
