The Piller Dollar that I bought

    A few weeks ago, I posted a thread asking for advice regarding a piller dollar (spanish 8 realz piece), and how much I should pay for it along with some history about it. Well, last weekend I went to a coin show and bought one for $350, (the dealer came down some)! Thank you for all of the advice and knowledge.

    Hey, sorry the pics were not working on the first thread, here is another attempt.

    A few weeks ago, I posted a thread asking for advice regarding a piller dollar (spanish 8 realz piece), and how much I should pay for it along with some history about it. Well, last weekend I went to a coin show and bought one for $350, (the dealer came down some)! Thank you for all of the advice and knowledge. This coins was minted in Mexico City in 1767, and is ICG graded in EF40 condition!

    Thank you! The obverse color,the dealer told me was from leather, and the reverse looks like it may have been from dirt. I was happy =)
