The play is now performed in years ending with a zero it involves over 2000 performers, all residents of the village."</p><p> </p><p>This Porcelain medal was issued in honor of the Passion Play performed in 1930. By all account at this time it was a huge deal, people like Henry Ford came to see it, was so thrilled he gave the actor who played Christ a free car...Hitler came an saw the anniversary showing of 1934.
