    Ken nailed it! My kids would "herd" them with salt. And, beaucoup trails of slime! Inspiration for Nickelodeons slime in the 80's/90's!

    Awesome coin Masternoob, what a chunk of silver.:) you could poke an eye out with one of these things. speaking of slugs:yuck:, in the rainy spring i kill 20 to 50 of these old yellow slugs a morning.they will wipe out a garden over night, dead line works the best!!:woot:

    Yup, I get all homesick when I see one of these sweet ol' slithering land dongs ... West Coast Rain forest (*sigh*)

    Oh, and you're correct => they leave their tell-tale silvery slug-trails everywhere (man, they're kinda cool, eh?)
